If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence. 1. Return Window

We understand that sometimes you may need time to decide if you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your items. During this period, you can return items as needed.


2. Return Conditions

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please make sure your items meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: The items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original tags still attached. Items should not show any signs of wear or washing.
  • Original Packaging: Please return the items in their original packaging, including hangtags, hangers, garment bags, etc.
  • Sale Items: Due to the nature of discounted items, final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged.

If the item does not meet the conditions above, we may not be able to process your return.


3. How to Initiate a Return

Returning your items is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log In to Your Account: Go to our website and log in to your account.
  2. Select Your Items: Under the "Order History" section, choose the items you would like to return and click on the "Return" option.
  3. Return Confirmation: Complete the form with the necessary details. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
  4. Ship Back Your Item(s): Use the return label we provide to send the items back to us. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: In most cases, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless you received a wrong or defective item.
  • Wrong Item or Defective Products: If the item is defective or if we made an error in your order, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item if it is not tracked.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-15business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Partial Refund: If the returned item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped (e.g., signs of wear, missing tags), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • UnderwearSwimwearPersonal Care Items (unless defective).
  • Sale Items or Clearance Items (unless there is a quality issue).
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
